Total Beginners/Beginners Ballet
Thursday 6.00-7.30pm - Ranelagh Village
Saturday 1.30-3.00pm - Temple Bar
Tuesday 7.15-8.45pm - Ranelagh Village (Beginners/Improvers)
These classes would suit those who never did ballet before and wish to learn the basics of this art. They are also recommended to people who might have done ballet a long time ago but would like to refresh their memory and reach towards the cleanliness of their steps and movements. Class takes place at the ballet barre for the first part and continues to the centre of the room. The sequences of the exercises are kept relatively simple but not less challenging to allow coordination, strenght, confidence and musicality to build after every class.
Beginners classes are also indicated in case of poor strenght and limited flexibility and also in case of poor posture and spine problems to those who want to achieve
results by gaining a better body and mind connection.

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet
Saturday 12.00-1.30pm - Temple Bar
Thursday 7.30pm- 9.00pm - Ranelagh Village (Improvers/Intermediate)
These classes are recommended to those who did ballet before for a minimum of 1 year and with no more than 6 months break. This level is based on the student's good knowledge of most of the basic ballet steps and movements and requires familiarity with their names and enough confidence during their execution.
As this is a faster and slightly more complex course compared to the beginners-improvers, these are requirements needed for the attendance to this class.
