BEGINNERS BALLET

Designed specifically for all adults brand new to dance or returning after many years away from the barre. This class breaks down the steps and movements and offers repetitions allowing students to memorise the ballet terminology and to deeply understand the steps dynamics.
Classes will start at the ballet barre and will progress with centre work. You will focus on deep core stability, postural alignment and physical coordination.

WHAT TO WEAR

We keep our studio attire clean, simple and structured. Dancers are welcome to wear the traditional ballet gear - a classic leotard, pink or flesh-toned tights and soft ballet shoes ( split-sole canvas or leather recommended).

Alternatively, form fitting athletic wear, such as sleek black leggings paired with a tight-fitting top and clean ballet socks, is perfectly welcome.

Hair should be neatly secured back away from the face to allow for clear posture alignment.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle and a small towel to the studio.
